Hello peanut gallery! I’ve been wanting to do a variation on the pudding mix that Skylar made for her dirt cake video. Today, I finally did that. I will tell you this is a big hit with my mother. But then, regular pudding is a big hit for her too. And easier. This is not hard, but instant pudding is so easy that I’ll keep making her that. This can be for now and then. I will say this would be awesome to use to frost a cake! Butter pudding frosting! But you’ll need to refrigerate after. Just such a good texture. Give it a try!
