Hello peanut gallery! I made some beef jerky and this method of hanging on skewers is wicked easy! I will always do it this way from now on. You might have to practice and play with how much time you need for the kind of jerky you love. I want to say it will continue to dry out so even my thicker cuts were a bit too dry for my liking at 4 hours. I made another dry rub batch today using the steak you saw in this video and I found 3 hours was enough. Be we all have different ways we like our jerky so experiment!
